Leon VIP program: the Fast Track
The Leon VIP program has one published door, the VIP Fast Track, and it is a deposit test. The cheaper perk for most players is Leon cashback.
Step one: log in or create an account. Step two: verify your identity, which Leon says takes about 2 minutes and speeds up payments. Step three: deposit €3,000 in one transaction.
The amount is the problem. The VIP page says €3,000. The main page text says A$5,000. These are not the same sum, and Leon does not say which applies to an AUD account. Ask support before you send either. A deposit split into two payments does not meet the single-transaction rule.

Leon lists three perks: priority payouts, enhanced cashback and level-up bonuses. The VIP page groups them under three headings, each with a one-line promise:

No percentages, no payout times, no tier names. The page's own FAQ asks whether there are different VIP tiers, whether VIPs get faster withdrawals and personalised bonuses, but the answers did not open on the mirror we checked.
So judge the perks by what you can verify. Priority payouts only matter if standard payouts are slow for you; enhanced cashback only matters if you already play enough for daily cashback to add up.

The High Roller Welcome is 100% up to A$15,000 on one deposit. If you were going to make a VIP-size deposit anyway, taking this offer with it doubles the money in play.
It is still a bonus, with the A$7 maximum bet during wagering unless the offer says otherwise, and one bonus at a time.

For an average player, no. The entry is a single deposit of €3,000 or A$5,000, depending on which Leon page you trust, and the rewards are not quantified.
The better path is the one that does not need a big deposit. The five points below compare what you give with what Leon publishes.
